Specifications

I. Working principle

The thermocouple sensor uses a thermistor as the sensing element, which directly converts the temperature change into a change in resistance value, and then converts it into a voltage change through bridge circuit processing and amplifies the output.

Range: -200°C to 1,200°C.

Resolution: ±0.5°C.

Accuracy: ±3 °C.

III. Structure and function

1. Comes with a 1.8-inch color LCD screen;

2. Equipped with 5 function buttons, the operation interface is simple and convenient;

3. Supports high-speed USB data channel, which can communicate with the data logger at high speed;

4. Support wireless communication with experimental terminals;

5. Built-in large-capacity removable battery;

6. Equipped with a hidden buckle sensor interface to support combined experiments with ordinary sensors;

7. Equipped with fixed position, fixed on the iron frame and combined with traditional equipment;

8. The sensor supports iOS, Android, windows and other systems.

IV. Typical applications

Thermocouple sensors are used to replace thermometers in experiments in chemistry, physics, biology, earth sciences, and environmental sciences. Some typical applications: such as internal and external temperature of flame, distillation of petroleum, endothermic and exothermic experiments, thermal effect of light, etc.

VI. Usage Tips

1. The heat-sensitive element of the thermocouple sensor is placed on the top of the metal probe of the sensor. When using it, the measured object must be in full contact with it;

2. Pay attention to protecting the metal probe of the sensor. Do not pull, press, or expose it to other stress states;

3. Do not rub or knock metal needles on hard objects;

4. Do not use in highly corrosive environments.
