i. About The Product

The training equipment is designed based on the Corolla series-parallel hybrid power system working management control principle, dynamically demonstrating several working conditions: starting, driving at low speed, normal speed, full speed, reduced speed, and stopping of the series-parallel hybrid power. The equipment is applicable for teaching demands on theories and maintenance training of series-parallel hybrid power systems.

ii. Features

  1. Fully demonstrates series-parallel hybrid power vehicle energy control strategy and can dynamically simulate energy flow direction and motor, engine, and generator running status during various driving conditions.
  2. The panel is printed with a fadeless color circuit diagram and working principle schematic diagram and the surface is sprayed with varnish. Students can directly compare the structural schematic diagram of the series-parallel hybrid power system with the real object to understand and analyze its working principle.
  3. The instruction board panel is equipped with an ignition switch, operating mode switch, throttle pedal, gear shift switch, brake switch, digital tachometer, current dial gauge, etc., and is supplemented with light-emitting diodes for dynamic indication of the system flow direction. Additionally, three simulated machines demonstrate the working state of the engine, motor, and generator.
  4. Lockable casters are installed to make the equipment both lockable and movable.
  5. Connects to 220V AC voltage which is converted to 12V DC voltage through the internal circuit. The 12V DC voltage protects the training panel against short circuits.
  6. The language for this equipment is English or can be customized.
  7. Provided with an operating manual containing the equipment introduction, operation method, and working principle introduction, helpful for training and learning.
  8. Complies with ISO and CE standards.
