1. Product overview

1.1 Overview This training device simulates the motion control process of automatic tracking in a solar panel photovoltaic power generation system. It automatically tracks the angle of direct sunlight, providing students with an intuitive understanding of the working principles and modes of the automatic tracking system. The analog light source is driven by a stepping motor to move in an arc, while the light intensity sensor is driven by a servo motor. The PLC collects real-time feedback light intensity change signals to control the sensor, ensuring it always tracks the position of the strongest point of the analog light source. This setup is ideal for teaching and skill training assessments in higher vocational schools, colleges, secondary vocational schools, and technical schools.

1.2 Features

  1. The training platform adopts an aluminum profile column frame structure with open integrated control devices. It is equipped with universal wheels for flexibility and ease of use, making it durable and not easily damaged.
  2. The experimental circuits and devices are fully equipped and can be used in combination to complete various course training contents.
  3. The training platform includes a comprehensive safety protection system.

2. Performance parameters

  1. Electrical control unit: Uses a steel sprayed plastic panel with components fixed on the surface. The installation wiring is adjustable. Main components include PLC, servo drive, stepper drive, power supply, control button indicator, etc.
  2. Table body: All aluminum alloy structure with universal wheels at the bottom, allowing flexible movement and fixation. External wiring is connected by aviation plugs, ensuring convenience and reliability. Dimensions: 600×550×1500 mm (length, width, height).
  3. Simulated light source: Aluminum profile frame structure with LED spotlights driven by a stepping motor. The running speed and position are programmable. Dimensions: 670×400×1200 mm (length, width, height).
  4. Follow-beam unit: Aluminum profile frame structure with two servo motors driving photosensitive sensors for 2-axis motion tracking of the light source. The servo motors include an AC servo and a DC servo for mastering different control methods. Dimensions: 300×250×600 mm (length, width, height).
