I. Working Principle
The device consists of an infrared transmitter and an infrared receiver. The transmitter emits infrared pulses at a specific frequency. When the receiver detects these signals, it outputs a high-level signal. If an external object (e.g., a water droplet) passes through the titration sensor and blocks the infrared pulses, preventing the receiver from detecting the signal, it outputs a low-level signal. The collector calculates the number of droplets passing through the sensor, thereby counting them.
II. Specifications
Range: 0~240 dpm, Resolution: 1 dpm
III. Structure and Features
1. Built-in ≥2.4-inch TFT display with ≥3 operational buttons.
2. Built-in ≥1 droplet-passing indicator light.
3. One fixed hole for the temperature rod; one fixed hole for the PH electrode; one fixed hole for the ion electrode.
4. The fixed holes feature spring-loaded pressure, allowing adaptation to electrodes of different diameters.
5. Built-in high-capacity rechargeable battery with display for battery level and Bluetooth connection status.
6. The built-in display can synchronize and show the droplet count and solution volume in milliliters (ml).
7. The droplet counter has independent processing capability and can transmit data via Bluetooth.
8. The sensor supports iOS, Android, Windows, and other systems.
IV. Typical Applications
The titration sensor is used in chemical titration experiments to measure the droplet count and volume.
V. Note
This product is suitable for educational purposes only and is not intended for industrial, medical, research, or commercial applications.
VI. Usage Tips
When droplets pass through the titration sensor, they must be aligned with the receiver port.
